Cancellations & Refunds

1. Free Trial

New accounts start with a free trial as described on our Free Trial page. No payment method is required to sign up, so there is nothing to cancel or refund during the trial period.

2. Cancelling Your Account

You can stop using LifeSync AI at any time. To cancel a paid subscription or close your account, go to Dashboard → Settings or contact us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Payments already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has started, except as required by law.
  • If you were charged in error or experienced a verified technical issue that prevented you from using the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or call +91 8519950309 with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your reminders, documents, and financial product data remain accessible for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
